It is a green setting of 50 hectares inhabited by hundred-year-old oaks, crossed by a river "Le Gers". Next to the naturist campsite, there is also an "organic" farm, the church of Espenan and the "old farm" whose construction incorporates the remains of the authentic castle of Roger de Bossost d'Espenan (16th century) .
